TERMS AND CONDITIONS – Client Testimonial Giveaway 2024

  1. The Promoter of this giveaway is Adroit Insurance and Risk Pty Ltd ABN 75 078 972 700 (Adroit), with registered office address at 380 Latrobe Terrace Newtown VIC 3220.
  2. Employees of Adroit, their family members, or anyone else connected with the giveaway are not eligible to participate.
  3. To enter the giveaway, participants must correctly guess the location of the specified social media post on Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn.
  4. The giveaway will close once the first three correct guesses are received or at 4pm (AEDT) on September 13th, 2024, whichever comes first. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
  5. Adroit is not responsible for any entries that are not received for any reason.
  6. The rules of the giveaway and the prize for each winner are as follows: Participants must correctly guess the location of the Facebook, Instagram or LinkedIn social media post to win. The winners will be chosen based on the first three correct guesses received on each respective social media platform. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform.
  7. Adroit reserves the right to cancel or amend the giveaway and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of Adroit’s control. Any changes to the giveaway will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
  8. Adroit is not responsible for inaccurate prize details provided by any third party connected with this giveaway.
  9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. Prizes are not transferable. Adroit reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice.
  10. Winners will be announced on September 16th, 2024.
  11. Winners will be notified via direct message on the social media platform on the September 16th, 2024. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days, Adroit reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.
  12. Adroit will provide instructions to winners on how and where to collect their prize.
  13. Adroit’s decision in respect of all matters relating to the giveaway will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  14. By entering this giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  15. The giveaway and these terms and conditions will be governed by Australian law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
  16. Winners agree to the use of their name and image in any publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winners or other participants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without consent.
  17. The winners’ names may be published on Adroit’s social media channels.
  18. This giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, any social media platform. Participants provide their information to Adroit and not to any other party.
