Risk Adviser
Our professional qualified Risk Advisers provide true risk advice by tailoring insurance solutions to meet individual client needs.
The key responsibility of this role is to partner with clients, be their advocate and deliver exceptional service and advice for new and existing clients.
A minimum of Tier 1 Insurance Broking or General Insurance qualification is required.
Risk Adviser Support
Our support staff provides processing support to Risk advisers in their management and servicing of the existing portfolio of clients, delivering a high level of customer service to key stakeholders.
Support roles include Processing Support, Customer Service Officer, Adviser Support, and Assistant Account Manager.
Services
At Adroit our Services team provides support to the entire Adroit branch network.
Each member of the Services team specializes in a key area of the business, providing expert advice to staff and leading their business functions.
There is a multitude of roles in the departments of Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, IT, Business Improvement and Compliance.

At Adroit, we’re proud of our origins dating back to 1978 when a small broking business in Geelong was born. More than three and a half decades of organic and acquisition growth has seen us build a network of approximately 130 ‘locals’ across 5 Branches in regional Victoria servicing over 25,000 individuals and businesses. Our success can be attributed to:
