After decades of dedication to the insurance industry – and more than a decade with us here at Adroit – we’re wishing a heartfelt farewell to our valued teammate and friend, Danny O’Leary, as he embarks on a well-earned retirement.

Danny’s journey with us began in 2014 when he made the move from Impact Chapman Welsh to join Adroit Geelong, becoming a shareholder/Director in Adroit Bellarine. From day one, he brought his unwavering drive, infectious energy, and deep industry knowledge to every role he stepped into – from Sales Manager to acting Managing Principal.

Throughout his time with us, Danny has been more than a colleague – he’s been a driving force behind our growth and a steady hand through times of change. His ability to connect with people – clients, colleagues and underwriters alike – has left a lasting impression and set the standard for strong, trusted relationships in our industry.

Danny finishes up with Adroit and while we’re sad to see him go, we know he’s got a full calendar of golf days and well-deserved relaxation ahead.

We’ll miss Danny’s zest for life, sharp wit and unwavering commitment to the team.
