With over 20 years of experience in the WorkCover industry, Natalie has built career specializing in Return-to-Work (RTW), Injury Management, and OHS. She holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree with Majors in Sociology and Gender Studies, and has completed a Certificate IV WHS, which has assisted her with not only claims management, but risk mitigation through OHS practices.
Natalie began her career as a Case Manager at Allianz Workers Compensation in 2003, and since then, her passion for the industry has remained unwavering. Throughout her career, she has undertaken diverse roles including RTW, Injury Management, Consulting, Safety, Security, Wellbeing, and National Claims Management, and her experience has been diversified by working across various industries, including public health, construction, manufacturing, warehousing, retail, and media.
In addition, Natalie has led the national claims portfolio, as the Claims and Injury Manager, for a well-known Australian footwear retailer, and held the position of Safety, Security and Wellbeing Advisor for an internationally recognised, major news/media distribution conglomerate. This wealth of experience has allowed Natalie to cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the need for tailored, multi-tiered strategies to address workplace injuries and claims. She is committed to delivering successful outcomes for both employers and clients by ensuring effective return-to-work and safety solutions across different sectors.
